About the Event

Want to learn more about ways to help close the patent gaps for women, people of color, and all underrepresented groups? The Kentucky Intellectual Property Alliance welcomes Holly Fechner of Invent Together to provide an overview of Invent Together, their mission, and what you can do to help close the patent gaps.

About Holly Fechner

Holly Fechner is the Executive Director of Invent Together—an alliance supported by organizations, universities, companies, and other stakeholders dedicated to understanding the gender, race, and other diversity gaps in invention and patenting, and supporting public policy and private initiatives to close them. Ms. Fechner is also a Partner at the law firm Covington & Burling LLP. She is co-chair of the firm's Technology Industry Group. She previously served as Policy Director to Senator Edward Kennedy.
